Reverse osmosis equipment

RO equipment mainly consists of the following parts (can be customized) :

1.? Pretreatment system:Remove suspended particles, colloids, organic compounds and other impurities in the water to protect the subsequent reverse osmosis membrane components from damage. The common pretreatment methods include activated carbon filtration, quartz sand filtration and softened water treatment. ?

2.? High pressure pump:Pressurize the pre-treated water to a specific working pressure to promote the water through the reverse osmosis membrane.?

3.? RO membrane component:This is the core part of the reverse osmosis device, composed of a single or multiple RO membrane elements, can allow water through under high pressure environment, while blocking impurities in the water.?

4.? Control system:Monitor and adjust the operating status of the equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment, usually including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), touch screen, sensors, etc. ?

5.? Post treatment system:The water produced by RO is further treated to meet different water quality standards. Common post-treatment processes include ultraviolet sterilization, ozone sterilization and activated carbon filtration.
